One of the youngest member of the Swedish Culinary Team through all times and already a resume with Michelin stared restaurants as Oaxen Krog, Operakällaren & Ekstedt. He's know for having one of the business most creative and impressive minds.

Gold - Culinary Olympics Jr 2016

Year 2016 he competed for the Swedish Junior Culinary Team in IKA Culinary Olympics, Erfurt. Responsible for the plated desserts. Became overall high score for the desserts and ended with the overall competition gold medals of the podium

2 years later. this time levelled up to the senior team. He was responsible for the plated desserts once again. Surprised the judges with new interesting flavours and designs. Once again ended up on top of the podium. 

Gold medal and overall winners of the Culinary Olympics 2018 in Luxembourg.

Next up he's aiming for the Culinary Olympics 2020 in Stuttgart
